Academic researchers can apply to obtain banked specimens for projects that have been approved by a research ethics board. The information necessary to apply for human biological materials is located in the restricted area of the CBCF TB website. A list of all available specimens, indexed by tumor group and material type, is also available in the restricted area.
You will need to register with CBCF TB and to obtain a website account to access the restricted area of the website. Please go to User Registration to access the registration form. Fill in all the fields on the form and submit the information. You will be notified by email once your account has been activated.
