To submit a request for materials investigators must demonstrate approval from their local Research Ethics Board/Internal Review Board. In many cases  protocols using materials from our biobank are considered to be of minimal risk to participants.A Minimal Risk application template from the Alberta Cancer Research Ethics Committee can be found at this link:
