We appreciate the support of funding agencies who have made possible the development and growth of our Tumor Bank.

Funding from Calgary Lab Services, Alberta Health and Wellness, and the Alberta Cancer Foundation supported the creation of our founding Tumor Banks.

The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation funded the creation of  the open source provincial CBCF Tumor Bank and  provided on going support  from 2005-2011. This support enabled the evolution from smaller investigator driven banks to a large multi-user Tumor Bank that serves the research community.

The cbcf Tumor Bank currently receives generous support from the Alberta Cancer Foundation in a grant that was awarded from 2010-2012. The hard work and dedication of donors and volunteers has resulted in the growth and development of this important resource.
